Located in a historic, former textile mill, every space at 400 Bedford Street has a lot of character. Exposed brick walls, original wood flooring and high ceilings are features throughout our facility.

Art studios.
400 Bedford Street is home to many artists; including painters, photographers and ice sculptors. Whether you’re looking for a place for a photography studio, or just somewhere to set up your easel away from the distractions at home, we’d love to have you as a part of our growing community.
Rehearsal spaces.
Finding a dedicated space to write music, rehearse and store your equipment can be quite the challenge; especially if you live in an apartment or a congested neighborhood. Over 40 bands/musicians call 400 Bedford Street home, knowing they have a safe & secure place where they can make music.
Office spaces.
More than 10 businesses operate out of the Mill at 400 Bedford Street. We’re home to small offices for accountants, the North American headquarters for an international biotechnology diagnostics company, a publishing company and many more small and large businesses.
